PEGGY TESSEMA COMPTON
Peggy, aka Tessema C in the art world, is a native of Western Washington and currently resides in Northern Idaho area.
Peggy cannot remember not drawing. As a child she grew up drawing on butcher paper. Peggy has been painting for most of her life. Peggy enjoys painting oil and acrylic mediums.
She continues to teach others in classes and workshops; locally in Sandpoint at The Art Place.
She does commissions of all sorts recently having finished a painting of a train and scenery. Peggy is also currently working on an illustration commission for another book.
Peggy has her artwork in several hospitals, colleges and private collections from Alaska to New York. She is currently showing her artwork at The Artisan Gallery in Priest River, ID and in a deli in Sagle, ID.
